Gorgeous stair hall and a glimpse of foyer in a stunning, enormous limestone townhouse on Beacon Street, Beacon Hill, Boston. The formidable paneling on the walls has been painted white, and the walls painted a bright and cheery blue, while the staircase has been left in its original glory. Probably even better now, as it probably didn’t originally have a tan and cream zebra print runner. Just sayin’.
